The Shoppes at Fort Toulouse

Publix Supermarket anchors a new shopping center, the Shoppes at Fort Toulouse, at the intersection of Hwy 231 and Fort Toulouse Rd in Wetumpka, AL. Construction began in Summer of 2023 and the center will open in the Summer of 2024. Wetumpka has wanted a Publix for a long time and we are excited to be a part of bringing it to this community. The Average Household Income in a 5-mile radius of the site is $95,500. The Shoppes at Fort Toulouse includes 7,000 additional square feet of shop space, as well as two front out parcels. This is a very exciting development for those who call the River Region home.
