The Shops at Point Clear is within the city limits of Fairhope, which is one of the fastest-growing areas in the state. Fairhope is one of the most popular retirement communities and its wonderful lifestyle is attractive to families of all ages. The Shops at Point Clear were completed in 2023.

Shops at Pike Road

Highlights

Publix Supermarket anchors a new shopping center, the Shops at Pike Road, at the intersection of Vaughn Road and Pike Road in Pike Road, AL. Construction began in Spring 2020 and the center opened in the Spring of 2021. This is the main intersection in one of the fastest growing towns in the state of Alabama. The Average Household Income in a 5-mile radius of the site is $110,000. Pike Road has an award winning school system, with the Junior High and High School being a mile north of the site. The intermediate school is on Pike Road, just south of the site and the elementary school is east of the site, near The Waters subdivision. The Shops at Pike Road includes 26,200 additional square feet of shop space, as well as two front out parcels. This is a very exciting development in the Montgomery area growth corridor.
